At McMakler, we set out to showcase our new range of exclusive homes in the German market. Working with a limited budget, we developed two core concepts: one emotional and one practical. Guided by our tagline, “Every house is a home,” we aimed to highlight the unique personality of lived-in spaces. The three-day shoot captured this vision and was broadcast nationwide.

Part of my time was also dedicated to supporting the brokerage team. I developed a range of materials to help employees perform at their best, with a strong focus on printed media. This included a welcome package for all new brokers featuring personalized business cards, neighbourhood flyers, stickers, magnets, vouchers, and a company information booklet focused on property sales.

dIGITAL bUSINESS cARDS

To keep up with the growing number of new brokers, we needed a scalable solution for individualized marketing. With limited design resources, we developed an in-house system using digital scripting, allowing any employee to generate their own personalized business card—no designer needed.
